They have begun construction of a new bridge to cross the Illinois River in Seneca, IL. This is my attempt to document the old one before it leaves.

Lily of the Field
Walking the ridge this morning I found this one solitary Lily. It survived all the bull dozer's and equipment with a valiant attempt to grace the ridge with color!!

70 Plus
As I was getting ready to leave the farm this morning we noticed a large storm approaching. I drove to the edge of the yard to get clear of the large trees. Anyway, this is what corn and beans look like with 70 MPH winds bending them low.
